Overall, it was a good tour—a four-day safari covering Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and the Serengeti. The hotels were high-quality, the vehicle was in good condition, and our jeep guide was very pleasant and professional, enabling us to spot the "Big Five" within three days. Don't expect too much from the safari lunches; they aren't the main event—just something to fill your stomach, nothing more. When planning the trip, make sure the consultant doesn't book you at the same hotel twice. We started in Tarangire, then went to Ngorongoro, and finally the Serengeti; that involves a lot of driving, especially starting from Kilimanjaro. Ensure that each day's hotel moves you closer to the next destination. We were booked at the same hotel for two nights; instead of moving forward, at the end of our second day in the Ngorongoro reserve, we had to drive two hours back to sleep at the hotel near the reserve entrance, only to drive those same two hours again the next morning just to reach the spot where we had been the night before. Plan to end your day at a hotel close to your next stop to avoid wasting time on travel. Regarding domestic flights, make sure to avoid flights with layovers. Flights rarely depart on time anyway, leading to a compounded delay at best, or a missed connecting flight at worst—which is what happened to us. We finished in the Serengeti, and instead of taking a direct flight to Zanzibar, we flew via Arusha; this cost us nearly a full day spent in airports and transit. Make sure the travel agent provides... You have direct flights. Make sure to get the driver's phone number from the agent in advance—in our case, upon landing in Zanzibar, he wasn't outside, and it took half an hour to locate him. Also, it is recommended to ensure the driver is aware of any changes to your flight schedule. That said, the Tanzania experts are definitely professional and reliable.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Tanzania Specialist, and much of that was thanks to Olosotu Raposhi, our travel consultant. From our very first discussion through the booking process and right up until the day we travelled, Olosotu was attentive, professional, and always available to answer any questions. He made sure we were fully prepared and had everything we needed to enjoy a seamless and unforgettable holiday. From the moment we landed in Tanzania, everything ran smoothly and exactly to schedule. We felt well-informed throughout, and every member of the team we encountered was kind, welcoming, and attentive. A special mention must go to our guide, Agri-chas (apologies if I've misspelled his name). He was simply outstanding. An incredibly experienced driver and guide, he took the time to understand exactly what we hoped to see and never disappointed. We often joked that he had superhero eyesight because he could spot animals from incredible distances! Thanks to his expertise, there wasn't much that we didn't see during our safari. We were even fortunate enough to witness the Great Migration, something that can never be guaranteed and made our trip even more magical. We will always be grateful to him for creating such a memorable and truly special experience. Tanzania is a beautiful country filled with wonderful people, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. Based on our experience, and from conversations with other travellers we met during our trip, Tanzania Specialist is, in our opinion, the best safari provider available. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a safari holiday, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return one day. Experiencia 10/10 Junto a Sara, planificamos todo el viaje, una ruta de 1 día en Tarangire, 2 días en Serengueti y 1 en Ngorongoro. Lo completamos con 3 días en Zanzíbar. Increíble experiencia, además, tener en cuenta a Jimmy, nuestro guía excepcional, nos sorprendió el gran nivel de español que sabía. Se acercaba mucho a los animales y siempre buscaba el mejor lugar para posicionar el coche y verlo todo mejor. Gracias a él y a su experiencia pudimos ver “Los Cinco Grandes”, y muchos más. Planificas el viaje y luego te despreocupas de todo. Ellos se ocupan de coger la comida, te llevan al aeropuerto… En el coche hay un frigorífico en el que ellos cada día lo rellenan con botellas de agua, puedes aplicar el plus de un mini router para tener wifi en el coche, no les falta detalle. Buena experiencia en todos los hoteles en los que estuvimos. Son muy amables y limpios. Lo único, que los picnics se quedan un poco escasos y repetitivos, con muchas especias. Por poner un pero, estuvimos en un hotel dentro del parque Serengueti, Osotua Tented Camp, lo recomendaría para gente que asuma mucho riesgo, fue una experiencia demasiado extrema. Dormimos con un león a 5 metros de la tienda de campaña, es una experiencia pero pasamos realmente miedo. También nos dijeron que hubo elefantes y hienas durante la noche. Además, los leones aparecieron corriendo mientras desayunábamos y pudimos verlos. Igualmente, escuchar esos rugidos será algo inolvidable. En general, muy buena experiencia.

Experiencia 10/10. Nuestro guía y nuestro chofer, Ino y Dani, fueron dos personas encantadoras y súper atentas con nosotros todo el rato. Están atentos de ti, lo que necesites te lo dan, no pudimos tener mejor guías y mejor chofer, dos personas espectaculares. Grande la empresa también 24/7 están a tu disposición, cambios, cualquier cosa que necesites están para ayudarte. Las gestiones de Sara para llevar el viaje fueron 10/10. No podemos estar más agradecidos del trato que hemos tenido.

Un viaje espectacular y muy bien organizado, aunque esperábamos algo más al ser nuestra luna de miel Hicimos nuestra luna de miel con Tanzania Specialist, combinando safari y Zanzíbar, y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. Visitamos Tarangire, Serengeti y Ngorongoro, y terminamos el viaje en Zanzíbar, donde nos alojamos en una espectacular suite beachfront, perfecta para descansar después del safari. Los alojamientos estuvieron muy bien seleccionados, tanto durante el safari como en la parte de playa. El trato fue excelente durante todo el viaje y todo estuvo muy bien organizado de principio a fin. Denisse hizo un gran trabajo preparando el itinerario y adaptándolo a lo que buscábamos. Queremos hacer una mención especial a nuestro guía de safari, Issa Suedi, que fue sin duda uno de los puntos fuertes del viaje. Tiene muchísima experiencia, conoce muy bien los parques y gracias a él conseguimos ver el Big Five, algo que hizo que el safari fuera realmente inolvidable. Además, fue muy profesional, atento y cercano durante toda la experiencia. La única razón por la que no damos 5 estrellas es que, al tratarse de nuestra luna de miel, esperábamos sentir algún detalle especial en alguno de los alojamientos o una atención algo más personalizada en ese sentido. Nos llamó la atención ver que otras parejas también de luna de miel sí recibían algún gesto especial, mientras que en nuestro caso no ocurrió. Si es cierto que Issa nos regaló una botella de cava para brindar, pero es verdad que esperábamos algún detalle más diferencial…Creemos que Tanzania Specialist podría haber hecho algo más de seguimiento con los lodges/hoteles para remarcar que era un viaje tan importante para nosotros. Aun así, ha sido un viaje precioso, muy bien organizado y lleno de recuerdos que nunca olvidaremos: safaris increíbles, alojamientos de gran nivel, Zanzíbar como broche final y un guía excepcional. ———————————— A spectacular and very well-organized trip, although we expected a little more as it was our honeymoon We booked our honeymoon with Tanzania Specialist, combining safari and Zanzibar, and overall the experience was very good. We visited Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and ended the trip in Zanzibar, where we stayed in a spectacular beachfront suite — perfect for relaxing after the safari. The accommodations were very well selected, both during the safari and the beach part of the trip. The service was excellent throughout the whole journey, and everything was very well organized from start to finish. Denisse did a great job preparing the itinerary and adapting it to what we were looking for. We would like to make a special mention of our safari guide, Issa, who was without a doubt one of the highlights of the trip. He has a lot of experience, knows the parks extremely well, and thanks to him we managed to see the Big Five, which made the safari truly unforgettable. He was also very professional, attentive and friendly throughout the entire experience. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is that, since this was our honeymoon, we expected to feel some kind of special touch at one of the accommodations or a more personalized attention in that sense. We did notice that other honeymoon couples received special gestures, while in our case this did not happen. It is true that Issa gave us a bottle of cava to celebrate, which we really appreciated, but we honestly expected some more distinctive honeymoon detail. We believe Tanzania Specialist could have followed up a bit more with the lodges/hotels to highlight that this was such an important trip for us. Even so, it was a beautiful journey, very well organized and full of memories we will never forget: incredible safaris, high-quality accommodations, Zanzibar as the perfect ending, and an exceptional guide.

Experiencia espectacular en nuestro viaje a Tanzania. Hemos realizado este viaje con un grupo de amigos y niños de entre 11 y 13 años, y la experiencia ha sido excelente de principio a fin. Desde el inicio, la gestión fue muy buena. Organizamos un viaje privado con la ayuda de Zyanya, quien resolvió todas nuestras dudas y nos ofreció una videollamada que fue clave para decidirnos a hacer este viaje. Durante todo el tiempo de espera, siempre estuvo disponible, atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier consulta o imprevisto. Toda la información, documentación y explicaciones nos fueron enviadas de forma clara por correo. Una vez allí, el viaje fue simplemente espectacular. Los safaris fueron increíbles, con guías expertos, amables y muy profesionales. Aaron y Mateo hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Los alojamientos superaron nuestras expectativas: hoteles increíbles, comida muy buena y un personal amabilísimo. Como aspectos a mejorar, tres meses antes del viaje nos cambiaron el hotel en Zanzíbar. Aunque fue un upgrade, estaba ubicado en una zona que no era nuestra preferida. Costó un poco gestionarlo, pero finalmente se llegó a un acuerdo satisfactorio para ambas partes. Por otro lado, los platos principales de los picnics eran algo secos y con sabores intensos; aun así, los picnics eran muy completos y siempre había otras opciones. La organización fue de diez: rutas bien planificadas, horarios adecuados y un ritmo perfecto para disfrutar sin prisas. Los jeeps eran de muy buena calidad y cómodos, y todos los traslados fueron puntuales. En definitiva, un servicio excelente que ha convertido este viaje en uno de los mejores que hemos hecho. Hemos viajado con total tranquilidad, disfrutando cada momento, y los niños han vuelto felices. Gracias a Tanzania Specialist y, especialmente, a Zyanya por motivarnos a realizar este viaje tan especial.
